Miu Miu Oversized Sequin Clutch

I've been obsessed with this Miu Miu clutch ever since I first spotted it. It's absolutely perfect and you can really bling up your outfit with this beauty!

Embellished with two-tone black, gold and silver sequins, Miu Miu's oversized clutch is an eye-catching evening style. Carry it by the detachable leather strap or tuck it under your arm to bring a dazzling accent to a block-color dress.

But... I find just over $1000 a bit too much for a clutch bag you're not going to use everyday, so I went on a mission to find a similar design, and I was lucky enough to come across this beauty at ZARA; and if that's not good enough, it was on sale too!

Honestly, how gorgeous is it? I actually like it much more than Miu Miu's, the gold lock part just annoys me, I don't think it suits the bag at all.

ZARA's version is much more simple and classy in my opinion, and I'm just so happy to have found these beauties!

DIY Project #1: Miu Miu Embellished Socks

Have you ever seen something on a famous designer's runway, or on your favorite celebrity, that you just loved, but couldn't get your hands on, or simply couldn't afford? Well then DIY; Do It Yourself, is your answer!

I'm a hardcore fashion lover, so it comes naturally that I have always been a fan of DIY projects, and I have a lot of DIY items that I made myself.

It's a great way to create your own version of something that you're just dying to have, but don't have the money for.

When I first saw Miu Miu's Embellished Cotton Knee Socks, I just knew I had to make my own!

To be honest, I found almost $500 for a pair of socks ridiculous, and I'm sure a lot of you would agree with me on that!

Well here is my version, which I absolutely adore & cherish very much!

I created these beauties by grabbing a simple pair of black over knee socks, some crystals, beads, stars, and all kinds of gems from my local arts & crafts store, (and whatever I could find at home,) and just simply glued them on one by one! It's easy as that.

To tell you the truth, I even like it better than the original version!

Heidi Montag is also a fan of these gorgeous Miu Miu Embellished Cotton Knee Socks!

 Embellished socks & stockings were an absolute hit on several famous designer's runways in the past.

The glitter & rhinestone high heels are also DIY, made by me! I will do a post on that as well.

Nails my way! #2

So I have become a huge fan of gel nails, and I have to say I'm crazy addicted to them! I have tried out several styles, but I just have so many more in my mind that I want to do! They are just amazing, last ages, up to 3-4 weeks to be exact, don't chip, fade, break, etc. I am simply in love with them.

I will be doing a post on each of the different styles I've had in the past! Check out the second design that I had!

These insanely pretty nails were inspired by the infamous Miu Miu sparrow design & their gorgeous baby pink high heels to be exact! This is my absolute favorite one because it's just so different and I unique. I got compliments on it wherever I went! I really miss it, and I'm definitely going to have this again in the future!

It was created by mixing white and bubblegum pink gel, for the baby pink base colour, and the sparrows were hand-painted on with black gel! Then topped off with some champagne swarovski crystals, and a clear layer of gel on top, so they don't fall off!
